We will be using blogs in this class. It is a very nice thing to learn because I can see it becoming very useful in the classroom. Since my high school will almost defintely not have a system like oncourse I can make a blog and post links, announcements, assignments, etc. It can also be a place for students to ask other students (or me) questions and hopefully create an environment that all students learn from. One of the NETS standards is "Students use technology tools to enhance learning, increase productivity, and promote creativity." I think blogs would be a great way to do this and look forward to learning more about them as the semester rolls on.
